Here is the New Kenyan Nickname Churchill gave Christina Shusho

Tanzanian gospel artist Christina Shusho was given a Kenyan name after a sold-out event in Nairobi, Kenya, at Garden City on December 31, 2023.

The name was given by the event organizer, radio presenter, and Kenyan comedian, Churchill Ndambuki.

The event that was sold out featured quite a number of gospel artists and comedians, the likes of Mercy Masika, Solomon Mkubwa, and even the Zabron Singers, whom brought the event to a standstill.

As expected, Christina delivered and performed quite an outstanding show by not just acknowledging and praying for the country but also her Kenyan dressing and the thrilling performance that left many yearning for more.

The Tanzanian artist Christina Shusho disclosed that Churchill gave her the name ‘Mwende’ while championing her new video music collaboration song with Mercy Masika entitled ‘Rebecca’.

“Mwende’ is my Kenyan name, given by @MwalimuChurchill.” Christina Shusho’s shared.

Mwende is actually a Kamba name that basically means a pioneering spirit.
