Mali Safi Chito Hit Maker, from Marakwet County, has shared the qualities of a partner she would want in her life.

Speaking in an interview with YouTuber Trudy Kitui, she shared four qualities of a partner she would want in her life, scaling them down to one who has suffered the same way she has and one who understands that just because she is famous and popular doesn’t mean she is rich.

“I want someone who suffered the way I did. Second, I would want someone who truly understands that fame doesn’t have money.” She shared.

She also said that she wants God-fearing money and a reliable man, not one whose idling is without anything to do.

She clarified the situation further by stating that she is not inherently wealthy or capable of doing the most only because she became famous due to her “Mali Safi Chito.” song, claiming that the little money she receives from the track is sufficient to meet her family’s needs and her own.

“Don’t think that trending has money, so don’t come expecting that you’ll benefit from me; the little I have is enough for me and my family, as well as extending an appreciation to all those who supported me when I was at my lowest.” The Marakwet lady clarified.

She also urged women and men to also step up and have something for themselves and not entirely rely on their partner the entire time, as nobody entertains broke people.

“If you are broke, forget about relationships because you won’t make it,” the Marakwet lady opened up.
