Speaking in an interview with Obinna, He never embraced his father because, when he was young, he used to beat his mother in front of his eyes.

When my dad died, nikiwa class 7, tulikua na beef, because I saw him beat my mother, and that’s how they separated, and so I was bitter with my dad.” King Kaka explained:

The ‘Mbesha Shigana‘ hitmaker went on to say that despite all the things his father had done to his mother, he decided to forgive him and move on from it, hence the reason why he decided to release a track entitled ‘Papa‘.

That’s why, when I became King Kaka, one of the things I wanted to do was forgive him. That’s why I released the song Inaitwa Papa, and I talked about him in the track, after which I went to my mom, and I was like, Nimeforgive huyo chali yako.”

King Kaka, however, regrets having been famous without his father by his side to celebrate his success and tell him that he indeed raised a king.
