Former Beba Actress Vicky Muthiora has shared how her ex husband used to beat her.

Speaking on an interview with our very own Betty Kithinji, she said that her husband broke her heart so painfully, something that made her lose control.

“This Guy broke my heart my self esteem……He broke who I am I lost myself my individuality.. I was breaking into depression.”

She went on saying that she accepted to get married to the guy because initially he was hiding his characters until he put a ring on her.

The love she had for her man is what blinded her, making her turn a blind eye to many red flags that she was seeing.

Disclosing that she was beaten up on their wedding day even after giving him a couple of chances hoping that he will change.

“When I said I do…It’s when all hell broke loose.”

She has asked her fans and the public to consider taking the red flags into account and not ignore them as they will cost you a great deal.

Advising that an abusive relationship is something that you don’t want to be in. Because if things ever escalate you might end up being hurt.

The abusive relationship drained her emotionally and physically, urging the public that people should be careful when choosing partners as it should take time and you should be certain that this is what you want. She has two children whom she said that it hasn’t been easy with them as they are exposed an a times they really need a father figure.

She although said that she made peace with herself and moved on and is in a relationship with someone who loves her so much. She also runs her very own interview show called ‘Vicky’s Fire Chat Talkshow’.
