Kenyan Dancehall artist KRG The Don has shared his mind as to why Content creators are being taken over with depression.

For starters, depression is continuous sadness and lack of interest in something or someone especially those that surround you and you are deep in your thoughts, it can also be that one is not interested in associating with people or taking part in activities that bring fun and elevate their mood as they are on the lowest.

It’s a very bad situation as it can even lead one into committing suicide because at that moment, the only thing that they see is that they are alone and no one cares. It’s always advisable to stay close to them and talk them through.

Speaking during a press briefing KRG said that depression kicks in when you raise stakes on something that you are not certain about and the moment it fails to be the way you perceived it to be you shutdown.

“When You expect a lot and you’ve done so little.”

He also said that wanting more power and fame instantly without considering working your way up is a real big problem.

He has encouraged all artists and content creators to consider working their way up as that is the only way they will not fall victim to depression.

According to him these are things that are created by someone who wants more and has given little in return and when the results frustrate them they end up loosing control.

Asked If he knows what Thee Pluto is going through, he said he really doesn’t know what is troubling him and wishes him recovery and peace with whatever he is battling with.
