Willy Paul has strongly disagreed with Otile Brown over his sentiments on East African artists not being good enough to go to International levels.

Pozze, known for a couple of hit songs that have gone International including ‘I Do’ featuring Jamaican artist Alaine, has stated that he’s among the best in East Africa and his name has gone to International levels.

During a recent interview with SPM Buzz, Pozze maintained that he’s an International artist and teased Otile for ‘projecting his problems to others’.

He gave an example of his hit song ‘I do’ and claimed it went viral globally.

Contrary to this sentiments, Otile Brown gave his views asserting that currently in East Africa there isn’t an artist recognized as international.

“And this international goal we will continue striving and struggling for it because the industry is stuck. Because as it stands in East Africa there is no international artist in here!” he said.

Adding, “Forget what you think, let nobody lie to you, in East Africa, there is no international artist!”

Asked what about Diamond Platnumz, he said, “Let us keep it real if you all want to keep it real. We have a job to do!”

“Let us not lie to ourselves and be like oooh packaging oohh this and that, a lot of unnecessary noise,” added Otile Brown.”

Willy Paul is among the few artists who have responded to Otile Brown’s sentiments. But it’s quite evident that not every artist agrees with Otile over the same.
