Mixed reactions from netizens after DJ Joe Mfalme turned to state witness

DJ Joe Mfalme was recently released from police custody after agreeing to appear as state witness in the murder of DCI officer, Felix Kelian.

Before this, the DJ had spent 14 days in custody together with his bouncer, driver and photographer who were allegedly present on the night the officer was attacked.

His hype-man Ballo on the other hand remains in police custody awaiting fate, after being the only one who was left facing the murder charges.

Netizens demand justice for Ballo

There are those who have celebrated his release citing that DJ Joe Mfalme deserved justice following his clean slate record.

As revealed by those close to him, Joe Mfalme is allegedly a low key person who has never been caught up in scandals or any form of altercation with anyone.

There are however those calling him out for not fighting for his hype Ballo. As seen on most comments, some believe Joe gave up his friend for his prison making him a ‘rat.’
