On Friday, Amcco Properties held a ‘Park n Launch’ party at Beverly Estate, just opposite Tilisi Gardens in Nairobi, Kenya.

The party was really a way of launching their new project and a celebration to appreciate the milestones they have covered so far.

The party that started around 10 a.m. in the morning saw quite a number of people turning up to the occasion, including part of their staff that was led by their Managing Director James and other assistant managers, which were Rose Wangui and Espan Njuguna. It was also graced by the presence of Spm Buzz CEO Eddie Butita, who came to support the good work that the team is doing.

The team had a brief sitting where they highlighted and acknowledged their achievements and gave the history of the land that they were launching, after which it was blessed by a word of prayer by the apostle Anthony.

The sales team and part of the Amcco team came out in plenty to advertise their company and celebrate what they have achieved so far.

In a brief speech, their managing director, James, shared the reasons why he decided to venture on Waiyaki Way, saying that it is high time they also try new things and have a variety of options that a client can pick from; in other words, it is a marketing strategy for them.

He also shared the secret to the company’s success as persistence, working together as a team, and being credible in everything they do to ensure that their deliverables are excellent.

The land that was just unveiled opposite Tilisi Gardens is 5 hectares long, and is on Waiyaki Way, subdivided into 50 by 100, and has a price tag of 2 million KSH per plot.
