Kenyan Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has issued a warning to all Kenya club owners, saying that she will be going for them because they are misleading the youth in the country.

Speaking through her social media page, she said that she plans to put an end to all the late-night raves that are happening in the country, especially ones that involve youths getting drunk and losing it.

“Kuna Kitu inaharibu Vijana hapa Nairobi inaitwa ALUTA. Hio dorm me ndio nitaichoma. Club owners, this is your notice.” Karen Nyamu made a statement.

According to her, many youths are not progressing financially and are failing to become responsible because they spend all their money partying with ladies and drinking heavy, expensive liquor.

She issued a warning to all the Kenyan DJs, saying they are the ones taking the lead, especially the ones that play music in the clubs, because the selection track of their mixes is always instigating something and makes the youth lose their way and end up taking part in unspeakable behaviours.

Her statement received criticism from the public, with one of them questioning, If she happens to do that, how will her baby, Dady, or rather her lover by the name of Samidoh, who is also a Mugithi artist,” make ends meet? If she decides to stop the reggae that’s being vibed by many youths all weekend,

She responded to one of the fans by saying that her man doesn’t perform the dirty tracks and is professional. “Kwani yeye huperform Aluta” is a statement she issued.

The ‘Aluta’ Karen Nyamu is talking about are the usual raves and parties, famously known as ‘Kesha’, that happen during the weekend where youths congregate in an area or even in a club and party with drinks and dance all night listening to music that Karen says is noise to the ears.
