Pastor John Shusho and Christina Shusho had been married for 15 years and were blessed with three children before separating recently.

The couple had however been keeping their private off social media making it hard for fans to snoop around.

However fans now understand that the marriage was not all laughs and giggles following Christina’s confession on leaving her marriage.

Barely weeks after this, pastor John Shusho weighed on the breakup while speaking in a church service where he poured out his heart.

Tell your neighbor that it’s painful, but God has ordained it. He will always prepare you for what lies ahead. To reach a new level, you must face some challenges to prepare you for what is to come. Pastor John said.

According to him the challenges he continues to endure in his life are more of an exam from up above.

But unlike most people who would complain, he gives thanks for the far he has come because this pain is meant to shape him.

At times, the preparation may not align with your expectations, and because you never foresaw these new challenges, you will endure pain, you will be hurt, but God always has a purpose for that pain. The pain is meant to shape you, to refine you, to make you better than you were before. Pastor Shusho went on.

Christina Shusho announces breakup

About a month ago, Christina Shusho revealed to have left her matrimonial home citing her mission from God was not aligning with where she was.

Let me be candid, I have always been truthful and do not deceive. The truth is that it’s a mission. There is nothing else. The mission that God has assigned me in this season does not allow me to remain where I was. I had to depart to fulfill the assignment. Ms Shusho said while on an interview with Jerusalem Church TV.

Although she insists the breakup was peaceful, one can tell it might have been one-sided considering how John Shusho spoke about it.
