Dr. King’ori Quits NTV After Serving for 7 Years

Kenyan media personality Felix Omondi, famously known as Dr. King’ori, who hosts the wicked edition on NTV every Friday, has announced that his time there has come to an end.

Dr. King’ori, who shared the statement through his social media handles, thanked the fans who supported the show, which was entirely about current trending affairs and was watched by many. Within a short period of time, it was known almost entirely worldwide.

The Wicked edition show, which has had over 300 unforgettable episodes on TV with over 70 million views on YouTube, aired its last show yesterday alongside Dr.Kingori while bidding farewell.

“Since its inception, The Wicked Edition has grown to be a satire show par excellence in Kenya. Your patronage propelled us to great heights, earning us recognition at the prestigious Kalasha Awards and a nomination as the best performing TV comedy and the best TV comedy in Kenya for the upcoming 2024 edition.” Kingori’s statement read:

He explained further, saying that it is a new beginning to expand and venture into greater heights for fans across East Africa and beyond.
