“I am now celibate & sober” Annitah Ray makes new life changes after surviving illness that almost left her dead

Media personality Annitah Ray says she has been making major life decisions now that she continues to age day by day.

To celebrate her 33rd birthday, the radio presenter shared a post through her social media pages detailing some of the changes she has since made and among them is giving up alcohol.

Annitah Ray went on to reveal that since she also cut off relationships, she will not be engaging in any sexual activities hence practicing celibacy.

New Annitah Ray

Judging from the post, it appears Annitah Ray new changes are a result of her new self after overcoming Bell’s Palsy, a condition that left part of her face paralyzed.

However through faith, prayers and medical attention – Annitah Raey managed to beat the paralysis and continues to get better day by day.

Chapter 33 comes to an end. What a rollercoaster this was. Fell in and out of love. Dated and became single ( that was a miracle I struggled with dating so much. Weehh?) I got saved. Twice. Got sick and almost died. Lost everything and had to start from zero. Started attending church. Started serving in church. Went to school 🙌🙌. Annitah wrote, adding:

Yaani this is the year I fought to live, for the first time I fought to live. This has been my Jesus Year and as the curtain closes am honoured to have experienced this year. All of it. The whole of it. Can’t wait to see what the next season holds.

As a mother of one, the radio presenter refuses to let her challenges affect her anymore considering that she has a young one depending on her.

Annitah Ray also prides in the fact that she can now use her story to inspire other women who are living like she used to in the past.

However change is inevitable and could be that it was Annitah’s time to embrace it…but only after under going the challenges that have now brought positive change in her life.
