Manzi wa Kibera explains how and why she convinced ‘mzae’ to act like her boyfriend

Manzi wa Kibera is still in mourning after the death of her old boyfriend monikered ‘Mzae’. The socialite divulged that even though Mzae was buried, she was still disappointed with his friends, citing that they excluded her from the burial.

However, Manzi wa Kibera clarified that she had an arrangement with ‘Mzae’s’ family to see how he could get a proper send off.

A few Kenyans contributed to giving the old man a send-off, and even fewer people attended the ceremony.

Mzae was reportedy buried in Langata after family feuds erupted in his rural home.

How Manzi wa Kibera met Mzae

While the two caught netizens attention quickly, it was not clear whether their intention was actually to get married, until Mzae’s death expedited Manzi wa Kibera’s sentiments.

According to Manzi wa Kibera, everything they did was surreptitiously orchestrated for clout.

She stated the same in a recent interview on Oga Obinna, adding that she was actually looking for an old man to help her chase clout.

Further, Manzi wa Kibera claims she asked a friend to look for a very old man who would agree to pretend to be her boyfriend. She was later introduced to Mzae and another old man. She ended up choosing him to be the clown of her stage.
