Kenyan Rapper Khaligraph Jones has acknowledged Tanzanian rapper Diamond Platnumz for putting on a show at the Tusker Oktoberfest.

He also shed some light on the Tanzanian beef that he had initially started, hinting that the reason he introduced it was to provoke the Tanzanian artists to get out of their comfort zone and drop hits just as they used to do it.

“I came out and called out the Rappers from TZ, and I told them they used to be in a better position before, and now they seem to be lagging behind. And it actually worked.” Khaligraph said.

He said that the strategy worked, even if some perceived it as not right.

The ‘Kababaye’ hitmaker acknowledged his fellow artists even after acknowledging his potential, promising to drop an EP soon enough, as King Kaka did.

Khaligraph Jones talked of music as a platform to expand one’s potential in other areas and urged artists to emulate the same by maximizing their brands as well. Emphasizing that artists shouldn’t depend on music alone.
