Jeff’s mother and Father had gone to the Directorate of Criminal Investigatory (DCI) located alongside Kiambu road to help in the ongoing investigation of their son when the mother collapsed during the press interview.

Jeff’s Father said that the investigation has gone on for long enough and urged the government to fasten the process.

He said that he still doesn’t understand the reason behind the mystery of the son’s death. Adding that the DCI have not even held any of them responsible nor informed them of what’s going on.

“Lakini mpaka sasa sisi hakuna hatua ambayo wamechukua..labda mtu mmoja ama wawili ambao wameitwa pale kwenye ofisi…. sisi tukingoja wao wakuje watueleze yakwamba mambo haya yako hivi..sisi hakuna jambo amabalo tumepata kutoka DCI”

He expressed his frustrations to the detectives by not have taken action to put the one’s responsible for his son’s death behind bars.

“Kwa nini Jeff wale ambao walihusika na kifo chake hata wa leo hawajakamatwa hilo ni swali tunauliza kama familia.”

The mother collapsed and fell down when Jeff’s grandmother had just started speaking, saying that they should make it quick so that they may have internal peace as well, since they are all loosing their patience.

Jeff’s mother was rushed to the hospital inside the DCI premises and she is receiving medical attention.
