Brian Chira’s death came as a shock to many netizens as the ever-bubbly Tik-Toker was just about to make a break-through. I mean, most would see it coming.

Chira, who had gained popularity from his hilarious Tik-Tok videos & some controversies, became a social media sensation in a couple of months.

The Tik-Toker had numerous fans attend his burial; and they all contributed handsomely for the burial.

A whooping 8 million was contributed to Chira as his grandmother requested he should be buried in a graduation gown.

While there has been controversies about Chira’s death, Baba Talisha came clean over the same, claiming that he was actually killed in a road accident;

“It was a traffic road accident. The things I have seen on social media, I have left everything to God,” Baba Talisha said.

Chira’s cleansing ceremony

A few days after Chira’s death, it was alleged that a cleansing ceremony was done following the ‘unruly’ behaviour that the youth had during the burial ceremony.

Another cleansing ceremony has once again been done by his coffin with village elders. A video posted on Nairobi Gossip shows men in brown chanting in mother tongue in what is believed to be a cleansing chant.

However, the legitimacy of the cleansing ceremony is yet to be proved.
