The Wiper Patriotic Front has announced the registration charges for individuals hoping to secure the party’s ticket ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The fee structure covers major elective positions, including governor, senator, Member of Parliament, woman representative and Member of County Assembly (MCA).
Those seeking the WPF gubernatorial ticket will pay Ksh50,000. Senatorial, National Assembly and woman representative aspirants will each pay Ksh20,000, while MCA hopefuls will pay Ksh10,000.
The party has also introduced lower charges for women, youth and persons with disabilities.
Under the discounted structure, candidates from these groups seeking the governor position will pay Ksh25,000. Those targeting the Senate, National Assembly or woman representative seats will pay Ksh10,000, while MCA aspirants will pay Ksh5,000.
WPF has given prospective candidates until October 3, 2026, to complete their registration. The party is also accepting applications from individuals interested in party-list positions.
