Tiwa Savage has explained why she ended up postponing her upcoming London concert, hinting that it was because of a virus she realized she had.

She shared the heartbreaking news on her Instagram page, saying she will not be doing her London concert because of her condition. The doctor advised her to go slow on herself and consider taking a bed rest until the situation, or rather, condition, stabilizes.

“To my dear Savage Soldiers, I’ve been fighting off a virus for the past few weeks and was today firmly instructed to be on strict vocal rest for the next few months.”

She assured her fans that she would be back to doing shows when her condition stabilized, announcing that all her performances are on hold at the moment.

“I will unfortunately have to postpone all performances, including my first ever headline arena show in London. I’m heartbroken and devastated, but I have to do this to save what’s left of my voice. I’m so sorry. I love you all and promise to be back performing once I’m fully healed.” Tiwa Savage’s statement read:
