A 100,000 ksh has been offered by West Wick College staff to any individual willing to bring blogger Edgar Obare into justice.

The reward will also be doubled every two weeks for any individual who brings him to justice.

The reason for this, as explained by one of their staff members, is because Edgar targeted them and posted false information about their college, something that made them lose some of their members because of the defamatory statement he made about them.

“We have a warrant of arrest for Edgar Obare, and we are willing to give 100,000 ksh to Edgar Obare and double it weekly to anyone who would have brought him to justice.

The reason why we are doing this is that we want to say it is not okay to target people like us, a company, or to post negative information about something or someone.” She shared.

They want to ensure that Edgar doesn’t target any other party and that his actions, or rather, efforts, are brought to a stop as she has cost them a lot, rather than losing their staff alone.

Kenyan blogger Edgar Obare has a very large audience that always follows him to get news from his channel called BNN, which is an online media that used to propel news from all genres, be it controversial, informative, or even educational. The media online channel is known to expose those who have been caught off guard by captioning their news with funny captions that are set to capture the public’s attention. There was an incident where one of our fans commented on our social media platforms on Instagram, @Spmbuzzke, suggesting that the controversial news we had posted would soothe BNN better because it is what they love posting with funny, irrelevant captions.
