Trending Zimmerman Penthouse Owner Speaks Up On Why She Decided To Stay Close To Tenants

Viral Zimmerman: Penthouse Owner Elaine Ombasi has opened up about why she decided to build on top of her tenants.

Her love for Zimmerman, who’s in Nairobi, Kenya, is actually the prime reason that made her build a house on top of another because, as long as she had land, she didn’t want to limit herself or even get another piece of land to build her own house.

“I am originally from Kenya; I was born in this area in Zimmerman, and that’s why I wanted to buy a plot and build it because this is like my childhood area where I can see my friends and all that.”

She further said, encouraging the public, that it is always good to fully exhaust and maximize what you have rather than spend a fortune getting another plot when you can build upwards.

“I wanted a house to live in and also wanted something to get extra income, and that’s why I came up with that idea.” Elaine Ombasi added

She disclosed having built the house over a period of 4 years, and she recently completed it in June this year.

The Houses to let are bedsitters and they are all fully occupied.
