Since Then My Life Turned Upside Down ~ Ntazola Gloria Who Drove Away with a City Kanjo Speaks On How the Incident Affected Her

The famous lady Gloria Ntazola, who drove away with a City Kanjo in her car, finally speaks for the first time after she went viral.

Speaking through her social media page, she said that going viral has affected her life, and she even at times finds it hard to get outside her own house because of how much she is known.

“Since that crazy ordeal with the county of Askari, my life has turned upside down. I fancy my privacy a lot more than anything, but I was everywhere, and I couldn’t walk or just do things normally. I was feeling stalked and invaded because people would recognize me and make fun of it, trying to celebrate me, but it didn’t sit right with me.” Gloria’s part of the statement read:

Gloria claims that she is finding it difficult to live with her recognition since she doesn’t think what she did was the right one. As a result, Gloria finds it difficult to embrace her notoriety. Her coworkers could not stop talking about the incident, which had been bothering her for days and weeks, so she decided to shut herself up in her house and stay away from work.

She added that she was even forced to relocate from her place because not just her photos were out there but also her cell phone number as well, hinting that it is a battle she has been fighting, trying to convince herself that it is all okay when it is not.

“My phone number was leaked, and my pictures were everywhere. I was forced to leave my house and seek refuge at my sister’s house. I cut off communication with my friends. I was trying to act well put together on these socials, but everything was not okay. My life literally stopped.” Gloria goes on narrating on her page.

She received a lot of criticism from the public, especially from those who had recently gotten her number and knew what she had done. She concluded by saying that she will be taking a break from social media until she is certain enough that she wants to be in a space she terms “toxic, advising those who don’t like her vibe and how she does things to unfollow her.

“My heart is heavy, and I am fuming with rage. I’ll just keep off these social apps until I’m bold enough to come fight for myself. For the last time, if you are following me and you dislike me, kindly unfollow  me.”Her statement concluded.

Ntazola had initially driven off with a city Kanjo who was in her ride, something she said would serve as an example to the rest of the other city Kanjos who love entering other people’s cars without consent. Gloria drove around Nairobi and far from the city of Kanjo, even after he had pleaded with her to release him. It was then that the video she recorded of City Kanjo in her ride went viral, and she rose in popularity. Something she has clearly said is becoming too heavy for her to handle.
