Musalia Mudavadi and William Ruto Mourn the Death of Ally B

Kenyan politician Musalia Mudavadi and President of Kenya William Samoei Ruto are mourning the death of Ally B.

President Ruto took to social media to express his condolences, recognizing Ally B for his musical talents and dedication to fostering unity and harmony across Kenyan society.

He also extended his sympathies to the late musician’s family, friends and wished all them peace in these trying hard times.

“I join the music fraternity in mourning the passing of Ally B, a musician who harnessed his talent to foster unity and harmony in our society. Ali Khamisi Mwanguli inscribed his message of peace deep within our hearts, and we will forever carry that meaningful tune. May God provide solace to his family, friends, and devoted fans.” President Ruto’s statement read.

The late musician had been diagnosed with pneumonia not long before his untimely death.

He had been discharged from the hospital just a few days prior to the tragic incident. Ally B’s health complications reportedly took a sudden turn for the worse, leading to his unfortunate demise.

Musalia Mudavadi as well recognized the late artist for always recognizing and embracing the Mijikenda Culture.

“Deeply saddened to hear about the untimely loss of ALLY B KHAMISI. The coastal region and indeed the country has lost a vibrant and talented musician whose passion and creativity touched the hearts of many.

His contribution to elevating the Mijikenda culture through his music is invaluable and will be remembered forever. I particularly loved his KADZO hit song and the message therein. My thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and fans during this difficult time. May his soul rest in.” Musalia Mudavadi’s statement read.
