Mulamwah Speaks On Why He Pays A monthly Rent of 70,000 ksh

Kenyan content creator Mulamwah has opened up about why he pays a monthly rent of 70,000 ksh.

Speaking in a brief interview we had with him, he said that he does so because he is staying briefly in Nairobi before he relocates back to his home in Kitale. A while back last year, Mulamwah spoke about how he managed to build his mansion. “It has cost me KSh 10 million, with KSh 4 million remaining. It is a little money, and I will complete the project in a few months.” Mulamwah noted that building a house while young was advantageous, as he bought himself financial freedom. The next phase, according to him, will be investing in rental houses.

To him, paying rent of 70,000 ksh is to just show that he isn’t financially struggling and that he has a lot to spare.

“According to vile time, ziko na kujipanga panga unajispoil tuh kidogo…hapo ni 70,000 ksh sababau tunapiga biashara sawa mungu ametubless wacha tutulie Nairobi Kidogo before tuleave.” Mulamwah shared.

He goes on to say that something unique about him is that he pays his rent yearly so that he doesn’t have to think about it monthly and considers working on other things. It is actually something Mulamwah used to do way back when he was known, having stayed with a bedsitter not long ago before he moved into that new mansion. He claims he pays a sum of 70,000 ksh.

For starters, a bedsitter is kind of a single room that’s self-contained with a kitchen in the same room and a bathroom that, of course, is separated by a single wall. Mulamwah used to stay there, and despite being a content creator that pays him well as well as influencing and working as a radio host, he still maintained his position as his bedsitter, who used to pay 9,000 ksh that he said he could pay yearly.

Mulamwah is now a father of two with one baby mama, Carol Sonnie, and as of the moment, he has settled with her current girlfriend, Ruth K, who is commonly known as ‘bestie’ by the online fraternity and who is also a content creator apart from being an influencer as well.

The duo recently announced their new child, who was specifically picked up from the hospital in a Mercedes G Wagon.
