Miracle Baby’s Wife Carol Katrue Requests the Public To Help Her Raise Money To Pay for his Husband’s Medical bill that Stands at 1 Million Ksh

Craol Katrue has urged the public to join hands and help her raise money to pay for her husband’s hospital bill, which stands at 1 million 20,000 ksh at the moment.

Carol Katrue shared Miracle Baby’s medical condition in an interview with Kikuyu singer Karangu Muraya, saying that the doctors, or rather, the hospital, have requested the bill be reduced so that they may keep issuing treatment to Miracle Baby.

Apparently Miracle Baby has been having stomach issues since the year 2018, and that happens to be the time he went for his first surgery, an issue that persisted and returned in the year 2023, making them go back to the same hospital.

Carol Katrue opened up, saying that Miracle Baby would be having the machine that he was initially given, which helps him with body functions, for another week because his condition has persisted.

“Bado machine ako nayo ameambiwa anakaa nayo for another one week… Kwa sababu oxgen yake inaenda ikirudi chini, that’s why tuko an extra one huku ikireduce tunaconnect tuh.” Carol Katrue shared.

Carol went on to say that they have only been able to raise 200,000 ksh and that they are not covered by any insurance that they can consider using.

Carol shared an insight into her husband’s condition, saying that he hasn’t been well and that he has been under serious treatment and closely monitored by doctors who have handled him well.

“When the gastrointestinal problem reappeared in 2023, we brought him to the hospital and performed an ultrasonography. There was no view of the appendix. The same was verified by a CT scan. At that point, we learned that the hospital he visited in 2018 had removed his appendix without telling us and had also misplaced his stomach organs. Every now and then, the intestines would become obstructed, so we would take him to the hospital to get medicine.

His stomach was seen to be enlarged on Wednesday, and he was not eating or using the restroom. They hurried him to emergency surgery. His intestines had burst, spilling feces all over his stomach, it was revealed. They burned his other intestines as well. Although he was cleaned, pus was draining from his incision. He had an extremely high infection rate.” Carol Katrue explained.
