Kenyan artist Lil Maina speaks on why he doesn’t want ladies to slide into his DM despite him being popular and having numbers on his social media platform.

Speaking in an interview with SPM BUZZ with our very own journalist Betty Kithinji, he told ladies to pass as he isn’t always on the internet much and adding onto that he is shy.

“I just let it pass; I am not on the internet that much… Don’t slide; I am a very shy boy; you’ll be bored should you try.” Lil Maina clarified.

Lil Maina also spoke about why he decided to relocate to the States because of his studies.

He also expressed the love he has for his mother for being real and always supporting his craft.

Speaking on the demise of his grandfather as well, who passed away this year, he said he learned that one ought to appreciate people at the particular time they are alive, as life can be unpredictable.

Embracing all the memories they had together, he dropped his first album in honor of him, admitting he misses him a lot as he was more of a role model.
