Lynn Ngugi shares her biggest regret in life

Lynn Ngugi has shared some of the life she has learnt over the years and from what she said is that everything takes time.

Reflecting back on her journey, Lynn Ngugi mentioned one of her biggest regrets in life is going for less than she was built for.

According to Lynn back then she focused prioritizing other people instead of putting herself first.

For this reason she missed out on embarking on acting as a career, missed out on creating a hiphop show despite being passionate about it – among other reasons.

One of my biggest regrets is going for less than I was built for. For instance, I love hiphop and always imagined having a show on the same( might actually do it), I love Agribusiness content ( glad I am back to covering the same), really love acting, (did not act much but this photo is of me as Maimuna in Utengano) and I definitely want to own a coffee shop but I kept holding back and prioritizing other people/things over everything..Has that served me, absolutely Not. Growth

Apart from just regrets, Lynn opened up on learning the importance of embracing criticism – which she says is an important tool to growth.

Learn to look at that criticism objectively. Ask yourself questions such as, “could there be some truth in what they said no matter how the message was delivered?”. Then pick that and grow. That person will forever think they bruised you but they helped you grow. Lynn went on.

Despite the many challenges Lynn is proud of her journey and the far she has come.
