Lilian Muli Reveals On how She was able to deal with Separation

Kenyan Media Personality Lilian Muli whose also an introvert has shared an insight on how she managed to deal with separation and move on.

Speaking in an interview, she said that her career thus work that she was doing helped her big time because she had a distraction which needed her more and that’s her place of work.

“I was broken, but TV helped. No matter what you are going through….you have to chin up and do your thing because your personal problems shouldn’t reflect as you are being watched by a big constituency of people. So you have to deliver”

According to her whichever situation one is stuck in you shouldn’t dwell there for long as that might drain you emotionally and make you less productive. Adding that as far as the pain might be too painful to bear, it is always good to try and find ways to deal with it rather than letting it ground you.

As far as confiding in work is an option, she said she reached at a point whereby she had to seek therapy classes so that she is advised and walked through on how to heal.

“To some extent, work somehow diverted what I was feeling, and I was able to throw myself into work.

But later I hit the wall and I had to do some therapy to heal and to have closure with some parts of my life.” Lilian Muli said.

Media Personality Lilian said that at the moment she is feeling great and after gone through it all she has learned to love herself more and can be an example and role model to many.

“I feel like an old soul I feel 50 or 60 I feel like I have lived my life at such a fast pace I feel like I have learned so much I have made mistakes I have learned from them, I have cried I have grown from my challenges I feel amazing right now.”

Lilian Muli who’s a news presenter got married at such a young age after being proposed in the newsroom, ended her relationship with the person in question out of reasons of ‘It didn’t work out’. She concludes by saying one thing she has learned and would tie around her neck is to never trusting easily, as not everybody can be trusted.
