Brian Chira’s death has been the talk of town for several days. The Tik-Toker’s death roped in several reactions from netizens; most of them being celebrities.
Being one of the fastest rising Tik-Tok stars, Chira had developed a niche for himself with his Tik-Tok account.
Chira vs Celebrities
Well, we all know how Tik-Tok stars make money; and clout is one of their biggest strategies. Brian Chira was a victim who found himself at loggerheads with a couple of Tik-Tokers, including Nyako, Nyakwar, and even his counterpart Baba Talisha.
Occasionally, he would pick up a fight with a celebrity on his Tik-Tok, then rope in a response from them. Fans would then send gifts in money form and Voila! The plan always works.
But at what price?

Celebrity Clout & money making
Considering the latter, there’s a few things I should enlighten you on. To begin with, we’re aware that money-making is what everyone’s about. Online content creators go about their business by following up on celebrities. Ironically, that’s what I also do!
But here’s the thing, why would you take advantage of Chira’s death to enrich yourself? I mean, the guy has suffered depression & loneliness, wasn’t raised by his parents, and doesn’t have friends. Why wouldn’t you let him be? Give him a proper send-off without all these shenanigans.
‘Disco Matanga’
A couple of culprits who I think flossed out of Chira’s demise include Otile Brown, Tik-Tokers Nyakwar Janeko & Nyako, MP Peter Salasya; among others. Apart from this, thousands of people attended the funeral. I bet Chira didn’t recognize over 3/4 of them.
While mentioning the latter to my colleagues, a good number of them supported me in this opinion peace. There’s no hiding the fact that Chira’s death has enriched most people who weren’t genuine with him.
