Allan Ochieng, known as Hype Ballo, has been released on bail by the Kiambu Law Court while facing charges of murdering DCI officer Felix Kintosi.
Bail Conditions
The court set bail at Ksh 500,000 with the option of depositing the same amount in cash. Ballo must also:

Report monthly to the DCI Kikuyu Sub-county. Remain under the supervision of the Kibera area chief until the trial concludes.

Shifting Suspects
Initially arrested alongside others including DJ Joe Mfalme, Ballo is now the prime suspect. Investigations cleared DJ Mfalme of wrongdoing, making him a state witness in a surprising turn of events.
