COLONEL MUSTAPHA REVEALS THE REASON WHY HE NEVER TOLD HIS MOM HE USED TO WORK ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE

Kenyan artist Colonel Mustapha has shared the reason why he kept working on a construction site a secret from his mother.

Speaking during an interview with Mungai Eve, Mustapha said that the reason as to why he kept it private from her is because he thought by letting her know he would break his heart, hence the reason as to why he decided not to.

“Niliona atavunjika moyo na juu ni mgonjwa…confidence itaenda chini kabisa ataona ni kama sasa hatawhi pona kabisa.”

(Me telling her was going to break her heart and even break her confidence not forgetting even the little faith that she had within her believing that she will recover from her illness and so I opted not to)

He went on narrating that he even had to improvise ways on leaving the house by lying to her that he was going to the gym and in real sense he used to go to work on that construction site.

Despite keeping that away from her, he said that if there’s someone who he adores, confides in and values most is her mother and him keeping that from her was the best he thought for her.

He thanked God and the public for being there for him.
