Opposition leader Raila Odinga has today announced the start of Mass action following the depletion of 14 days that he had given the Kenya Kwanza Government to deliver.

Raila Odinga today at Nairobi said that he has declared the start of Mass action because of the High cost of living, giving people a hard time.

He added that the Kenya Kwanza Government is illegitimate and should go because they have failed to deliver to the citizens as they had promised.

This was seconded as well by Kalonzo Musyoka saying that he invokes the Constitution of 2010 by launching a peaceful demonstration.

“We are, today, invoking this provations of our constitution 2010 to launch a massive peaceful movement of defiance against a illegitimate reckless, heartless, incompetent Kenya Kwanza Regime.”

Initially, he had given the Kenya Kwanza Government 14 days to act if not, he would lead people in a protest.

“If these demands are not heeded within fourteen days, we shall lead Kenyans to massive mass action across the country to take their power back and restore sanity.”
