Kenyan Mc Dr. Ofweneke has shared three traits that he wouldn’t want people who hold them to be close to his proximity.
Speaking during an interview with one of our very own journalist of Spm Buzz, he said that he always ensures that the people he surrounds himself with have met the necessarily requirements or rather qualifications one should meet.
“By the time I’m allowing you to come into my space, it means that I have scrutinized and vetted you and I think that you are worth enough.”
Being with people who have a low self esteem Dr. Ofweneke said that if there are people he wouldn’t like to associate himself with are the ones with a low self esteem, adding that If the very people cannot believe in themselves, how is he supposed to believe them after all.
Taking in what the Society says about something or people, If you are one of those people who always want to seek approval from the community and want to know what the society thinks about you or someone in order to make conclusions then you are not among the people Dr. Ofweneke will want in his circle.
According to him he is independent and always relies on himself in anything he does he is not opinionated nor biased in any way hence why should one be any different aside from what he is.
One whose always doing comparisons and competition on success, Dr ofweneke believes that everybody has their own individual way of working their way up and that it’s no competition.
The talented Mc always wants to accomplish more and set the bar high for others hence he cannot settle for less.
Having a positive mind is the key and not seeing others as rivals rather than mates because if you view it in a different way it might drain you.
He emphasized that it is crucial to always consider focusing on personal growth and development rather than comparing oneself to others.
He believes and works with the mentality that chance and time happens to them all just that at different times and he is very okay with it.
“If we arrive there at the same time, well and good. And if one gets there ahead of everybody, it’s still well and good.”
