Kenyan Popular Mugithi artist Lawrence Wagura famously known as Dj Fatxo has forgiven those who were saying false claims about him being involved in the death of Jeff Mwathi.
Speaking through his social media page, he told the public that he has been found not guilty by the DCI team and has extended a hand of mercy by pardoning those who thought that he was involved in the designer’s murder.
“Dear fans, followers and the public
I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to address the recent allegations that have been circulating about me and my involvement in the death of my friend Jeff Mwathi.
I also want to take this opportunity to clear my name and to assure you all that I have been found not guilty after thorough investigations by the DCI detectives and the ODPP.”
He went further on encouraging the public that it’s important to not jump into conclusions on matters that they haven’t as that may cause irreversible damage to someone’s mental health.
“I want to use this situation to remind all of us the importance of not jumping to conclusions or cyberbullying anyone based on mere accusations or hearsay stories.”
He then lastly urged the public to be more compassionate, understanding and respectful towards each other and approach issues with an open mind. He also thanked the public for their continued support.
