Speaking in an interview session with one of our journalists, Justina opened up, saying that people should stop judging her as they don’t know what she was going through.

“Watu wananiona online hizo mamake up…….. hizo lashes wacha nizivae because God uplifted me. Tulikua tunalala nje na mtoto na saa hiyo sina sanitary mtoto hana pampers.

Hawa watu wananitusi online; they don’t see my past; they see the present.” Justina explained.

She goes on, saying she used to walk everywhere with her young infant and return home late with very little or nothing to eat.

An emotional Justina confessed that she was at a point in life where she was struggling with poverty until she was almost losing hope. The fact that right now she is able to earn a living and make ends meet is all thanks to God’s grace and mercy, which she greatly appreciates.

Speaking on the father of the child, she called him out as a deadbeat dad who has misplaced priorities as he is always giving back to the community and doing nothing to his own child, something that angers Justina and makes her afraid of getting into any marriages soon because she has learned the hard way from experiencing on how some men can flip on you.

“I cried in my marriages and finished the rejection I faced in my marriage. I cried, finished, and moved on from it.” Justina Syokau explained.

Justina said he doesn’t understand why her ex-husband hates his child that much, urging all men who are with children to be responsible regardless of their relationship with their wives, adding that abandoning your child is the worst mistake you can ever make. The father figure is very important in a child’s life.

Concluding that people should stop judging single mothers as they’re one of the best mothers since they learned it the hard way.
