Citizen’s 10/10 presenter Willis Raburu yesterday, Sunday 4th of July, surprised his friends and fans when he got on his knee and proposed to his lover Ivy Namu.
The mother of one was quite shocked as it was the least of her expectations, amidst their First son’s birthday, Mali.
During the party, Sol’s Generation, Nviiri walked it melodiously with a mic where Raburu went on his knee and proposed.
“You’re my love, my everything,” uttered Willis.
Later, Bensoul came in and handed the wife-to-be Ivy Namu a bouquet of roses.
Ivy Namu later shared a photo flaunting her beautiful engagement ring on her Instagram page posting,
“A thousand times yes, in this lifetime & next,” captioned Ivy.
The two commenced their love journey in 2020 after Raburu broke up with his ex-wife Marya Prude after losing their unborn child, Adana, on December 31, 2019. This was due to the developed complications which led to a stillbirth.
Ivy Namu came to the limelight after Citizen Tv anchor Willis Raburu disclosed that she was his new girlfriend.
The 27-year-old is a musician and also a popular content creator. The two met during an interview where on 10 over 10, where Raburu gave Namu a chance to perform.
Joyful reactions are evident as fans and friends continue to congratulate the two on a happy ever after.
