Kenyan Media personality Willis Raburu, has announced his exit from Royal media services.
Willis leaves Citizen tv after joining back in the year 2010 where he joined the company as an intern. He used to work alongside Joey Muthengi and other journalists, he was best known for hosting the Friday 10 over 10 show that used to be aired at 10 pm where popular fans favorite’s artist would be invited on the show perform and interact with fans something that helped the company grow and gain more audience.
Willis grew to become a seasoned, all round informative news anchor, he has conducted quite a number of interviews with some of the prominent political leaders in the country, reported on significant governmental events.
Willis leaving today at the 26th of June 2023 leaves a legacy of having worked for 13 years in the Kenya’s broadcasting company.
Speaking through his social media page, he bid farewell to his fans and his fellow workmates by reflecting on his journey since the first time he went on there.
The decorated journalist hinted that he has been working on a new book called undefined that reflects his own beliefs and celebrates individuality.
He is also pursuing a masters degree in Strategic Public Communication and Communication for Development at USIU.
