Wambo Ashley, the wife of YouTuber Nicholas Kioko, has been facing criticism online after revealing the salary she pays her nannies.

Many Kenyans on TikTok have expressed that the Sh12,000 monthly salary is too low for the workload involved in caring for her twin boys and managing her household.

Ashley, who often shares glimpses of her home life on social media, employs two nannies to assist with household chores and childcare.

In response to the criticism, Ashley and her husband, Kioko, addressed the rumors in a YouTube video. They denied the claims and clarified that the information circulating online was false.

Ashley emphasized that the nannies are well-compensated and that the rumors were unfounded. She also expressed frustration with Kenyans for spreading misinformation without verifying facts.
