Makokha who is popularly known for various roles in the acting scene especially the early 2000’s Vioja Mahakamani is currently in mourning following the demise of his lovely wife, Purity Wambui.

The sad news was announced by fellow actor and friend Ondiek Nyuka Kwota who through his Facebook account shared the news on behalf of Makokha’s family.

Describing the late Purity Wambui, Ondiek painted her as a loving woman who had a big heart and accommodated everyone around her.

For those who may not be aware, Makokha Makacha is among the celebrated actor’s who pioneered the modern acting industry in the country.

He was the definition of funny, creative and his jokes not only spoke to adults but kids too as he had a way to keep things interesting.

He however remains unknown to the new generation since unlike the new actors and celebrities we now have – back in the day actors did not publicize there lives away from work on social media.

This is why many even from the 1990’s are now getting to meet or rather know who Makokha’s wife was after her untimely death.
