renowned producer, director & actor Tyler Perry recently expressed his sincere apologies after missing out on Kenya’s President Ruto’s visit to his multi-million studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
The multi-talented artist took to his social media to thank Steve Harvey for stepping in for him while he was away.
Additionally, Perry promised to make his way to Kenya soon for not meeting up with Ruto. He thanked Ruto and his family for showing up at his studio.
Unfortunately my schedule was booked and I’m heartbroken that I couldn’t move things around in time to be there to greet President Ruto of Kenya as he and his family and delegation toured Tyler Perry studios. The good news is that means I will have to make my way to Kenya very soon! I am honored, humbled, and thankful that you stopped by President Ruto. Thank you @iamsteveharveytv for stepping in. What a blessing,” he wrote.
With Kenyan comedian and SPM Buzz CEO Eddie Butita in tow, Steve Harvey gave them a warm welcome to Perry’s studio as they shared light moments together.
