”Tunajua kwa nini floods ziko. Kuna mvua na si Kenya pekee. Kwaivo naweza sema tumpatie time wasaidiane na national government.
Mimi kitu naweza ambia governor akuwe strict na watu wa planning. Watu wasijenge tu bila ata kuangalia drainage na vitu kama hizo,” he started off.
He continued to admonish Kenyans to also be careful during the floods;
”Na sisi wakenya tukue waangalifu kwa sababu unapata most of the drainage systems zime blockiwa na uchafu. Ni vizuri watu wakue prepared. Tusiwachie serikali na governor pekee.”
The floods have now claimed over 40 innocent lives. Most people have relocated to higher grounds to be safer.
