A number of disappointed Boda Boda riders have marched in the streets of Nairobi Central Business District, Nairobi, advocating against Generation Z. They are protesting on the streets, wanting Kenyan President William Ruto to step down.
The message from the Boda Boda guys is simple: give the Kenyan President time.
Through a series of photos and videos shared online, Boda Boda riders are seen warning the Gen Z’s by walking around the city with placards and post cards written, ‘We are tired of Gen Z’s; give President Ruto time’ amongst many other things.

This has however been revoked, or rather dismissed, by other networks, saying that the said ‘Boda Boda guys’ who are patrolling and telling the Gene Z’s to give the president time are paid goons by the government who have been sent to cause havoc.
“Hawa watu tunaona sisi hatuwajui kitu ya kwanza vile naona ni watu wametumwa na Government kuja kupiga Gen Z sisi tunaomba serikali kitu moja serikali ifanye kazi vile wananchi wanataka lakini wakileta watu wapge raia itakua mbaya.” One of the residents lamented.
This is because there have been ongoing demonstrations on a weekly basis, and sometimes it is two times a week. This has not been taken lightly by hardworking Kenyans who feel like they are inconvenience them, while there are those who are not relenting that they will only stop when President Ruto steps down or hears their demands.
