This is an individual or business establishment specializing in the elimination of vermin, insects, etc., from a building, apartment, etc., especially by the controlled application of toxic chemicals.

These are construction professionals that install, maintain, and repair high-voltage power lines and other electrical systems. They usually work for transmission, telecommunications, and electric power generation companies.
