Teacher Wanjiku Shares the Secret to Having a Healthy Body

Kenyan female comedian Teacher Wanjiku has disclosed the secret to keeping a healthy body.

Speaking to the press just outside before jetting out of the country, she said that her secret to maintaining a healthy body is doing regular exercise and not exempting the foods responsible for helping her keep fit.

“I just have one remedy, ladies; just jog in the morning; that’s all I do, and I eat everything.”

She advised ladies to keep fit by doing regular exercise, as that will help them maintain their bodies, as well as having consistency and being unpredictable in what they are doing as far as keeping fit is concerned.

Teacher Wanjiku is going to London to do a comedy stand-up show. To her, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as she has never been to the UK, and she has promised to put on quite a show that will leave the netizens craving for more.

She hinted that they were leaving as a team and refused to disclose the name or identity of the person who was taking them out, telling the public that she wanted it to be a surprise to them.

Wanjiku also shared an insight into the things that she will be doing in London, which is doing a couple of shopping trips in the city before she jets back to Kenya.

She lastly promised her fans that she would be doing her own comedy show this coming November called ‘Comedy Queens, and the reason why she hasn’t been doing it is because of the pandemic that hit the country, disrupting the plans that were in place.
