Renowned South African fitness influencer Nkululeko Dlamini, affectionately known as the “King of Squats,” has shared his expert advice for women aiming to achieve the coveted “Nyash” body shape.

During a recent appearance on the Churchill Show while on tour in Kenya, the fitness enthusiast emphasized the importance of a dedicated exercise regimen, a balanced diet, and lifestyle changes to sculpt the perfect figure.
Responding to the show’s host, Churchill, who inquired about the possibility of building curves with a lean body type, Dlamini advised focusing on exercise and increasing protein intake. He highlighted the significance of consuming nutritious foods to build muscle, specifically targeting the “Nyash.”
“Yes, it’s possible,” he affirmed. “As long as you’re consistent, working out, and eating well, especially proteins.”
Types of food to take
The fitness expert recommended incorporating essential protein-rich foods like avocado, fish, meat, and milk into any diet aimed at achieving the desired body shape. He cautioned against overconsuming potatoes, which he claimed could hinder muscle definition.
“More protein, high protein, and you can get ‘Nyash,'” he emphasized.
Dlamini, who is currently conducting a fitness program in Karen, Nairobi, announced his plans to teach women how to master squats and achieve the much-desired “Nyash.”
“To those who’ll come, I’ll teach them how to do squats and how to get ‘Nyash,’ as that’s what they want,” he stated confidently.
His upcoming program is designed to help women strengthen their lower bodies, shape their glutes, and build curves through a combination of targeted exercises and proper nutrition.
