Published on

Content Creator Eli Mwenda has disclosed the reason why he has decided to take a social media break.

Speaking through his Social media account, he said that he has decided to take a break from doing content because he was assaulted on a Sunday night during an event that he had attended.

“On Sunday Night, I was assaulted while leaving an event. During the attack, I did not retaliate.”

He went on narrating how the assault cost him the surgery that has made him procrastinate on many things, especially the ones that involve working on his brand.

“This assault resulted in my face being sliced open. I have had to have surgery to avoid any permanent scarring. It has impacted my work schedule, meaning I’ll be unable to shoot content until my face fully heals.”

Mwenda has opted to keep the name of the person out of the public, even though he recognizes the person, saying that the person shouldn’t be judged based on one poor decision that they may have made.

ensuring the public that he will be fully focusing on his health status and well-being first, after which he will resume doing what he does best.

“I shall be taking a social media break as I focus on my health and mental well-being. I look forward to getting back to what I love doing, creating content for you.”
