Savara Mudigi, who’s a talented singer and part of Sauti Sol’s band, has addressed their fallout as a group.

Speaking during an interview with Mungai Eve, he said that the band has decided to take a break to pursue some other personal solo projects, just as other bands do.

“Sauti Sol is still there. We are building other things; we are building legacies.”

He went further on, assuring the public that the group is still intact and they shouldn’t be worried about anything at all as they are still together.

“There is so much that will be done, so msiogope (don’t panic), we are still there.”

According to him, they figured out that they should give the fans a little break considering that they have been working together for a long time.

“Nimewajua for 17 years… It has been a long time since Tumefanya Muziki Pamoja gave Lazima Tuapatie fans a little bit of a break.”

Adding that the reason is that they also want to give opportunity and chances to other artists to also blossom. He assured them that nothing is wrong with their relationship, as they are only doing that so that they can rejuvenate.

He dismissed claims that they are parting ways and asked the fans to be patient and understanding in their current situation.

The band is currently on their world tour in the US, after which they will leave for Europe.

The popular, famous band that consists of four members, namely: Willis Chimano, Polycarp Otieno, Bien, and Savara Mudigi, will be doing their sol festival in August as promised, despite public speculation.
