Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto has launched the second phase of the Hustler fund early today during the Madaraka celebration that were held at Embu.
While addressing a gathering at Moi Stadium, in Embu. He expressed his appreciation to the public for complying to the regulations of the Hustler Fund, thus by paying the money in due.
“The total number of digital transactions now at the Hustler Fund stands at 42.5M through which 20.2 million Kenyans have accessed nearly Sh30 billion and repaid close to Sh20 billion with 7 million Kenyans being constant & repeat customers.”
The Kenya Kwanza Coalition leader then told the public that the second phase will be launched soon, which will be targeting cooperatives and chamas whose limit was increased to 1 million KSH.
“Today I shall be launching the second product of the Hustler Fund, which is aimed at facilitating people’s access to funding through groups.” Ruto added.
For one to qualify for this loan, they will need to have a recognized group or organization. And be a Kenyan citizen of 18 years and above with a valid Identification card. And the person or group shouldn’t have defaulted loans before.
This new loan deal will be available from as low as 20,000 to 1,000,000 that charges 7% interest and the deadline is to be paid within 6 months they also offer installments pay. You will be able to save 5% automatically when you borrow the amount.
