Ringtone Narrates How He was Forcefully Driven Out Of His Home

Published on

Kenyan Gospel artist Ringtone Apoko talks about how he was forcefully harassed and driven out of his house.

Speaking to the local media channels, he said that he is being accused of doing something he didn’t do, saying that people are just hating on him and he isn’t involved in any land-grabbing saga. Adding that if there’s anyone that thinks he has stolen a way from them to come out and testify to that.

Ringtone, who kept on insisting that he is an orphan and has worked his way up, called out to the Kenyan Government to intervene and hear his cry.

He called out to the Kenyan Government and its able team to help him out by assuring him of security so that he is not again ambushed.

“Saa hii naogopa naofia maisha yangu.”

Dismissing any claims that say he was involved in creating chaos, saying that they are just people who want to defame him.

Ringtone, who had been taken into custody for having been accused of raiding another’s home, said that he is innocent and was the one that was raided, going to the point of saying that he even has the papers, or rather documents, that clearly state that he is supposed to be in the house he is in.

According to Ringtone, he lives with quite a number of people in his house and testified that their valuables were also stolen by people he described as imposters pretending to be good people by defaming his name so that they had a say over him.

The case is still on, and he decided to talk to the media so that his message could be heard more, especially by the DPP.
