Azimio Coalition leader Raila Odinga, has promised the public that they will embark to the streets soon enough if their demands are not met.

Raila Odinga said that he only awaits for the Ramadhan Period to end so that he will resume to demonstrating.

“Tumesikia yale mumesema yote na tumeyabeba….sasa tumekubali mazungumzo iendelee na maandamano sambamba.”

Raila Odinga said that as dialogue is on the demonstrations will be also going on until their demands have been met.

Initially there used to be two demonstrations in a week which was on Monday and Thursday and the protestors haven’t been able to access the Central Business District of Nairobi due to the high reinforced security.

Their demands are still the same as they want the high cost of living to be reduced as well the servers to be opened and lastly to stop recruiting the IEBC officials or rather registration.

According to Raila and his team of the Azimio Coalition they believe that votes were rigged and that the Kenya Kwanza Government has failed to deliver what they had initially promised to offer.

And so they promised to keep protesting until the Kenya Kwanza acts upon their demands.

On the other hand the Kenya Kwanza Government led by the President Willam Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua said that the demonstrations should cease and their be reasonable meaning.

Ramadhan ends this Friday and we await to see what will happen next.
