PRESIDENT RUTO RESPONDS TO RAILA’S WHISTLE BLOWER.

President William Ruto has dismissed Raila’s claim that he had initially defeated him during the last general elections.

According to the results announced by IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, President Ruto who was running with the UDA Party with his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua defeated Raila Odinga with 7,176.141 votes which is equivalent to 50.59% leaving Raila with 6,942,930 that represented 48.85%.

William Ruto 55 years of age had served as a deputy president since the year 2013 alongside Uhuru Kenyatta after which he decided to run for presidency.

The opposition party led by Raila Odinga was at Jacaranda yesterday, where they said that they don’t recognize the government of William Ruto and his Deputy, saying they rigged the votes.

There’s word out here from the Whistle blower that manipulation was done mostly on the Mt. Kenya region. Saying that Raila had surpassed his running mate by over 2 million votes.

“We’ve seen that 59% of the constituencies cannot be verified with absolute certainty. What can be verified is, Raila Odinga won the elections with 8,170,355 votes while Ruto got 5,915,973 votes.”

He also said that the results from 144 constituencies did not correspond with what was verified by the electoral agency.

William Ruto has then dismissed such claims and said that there’s no possibility that Raila would have garnered such huge figures in those stipulated counties by the whistle-blower.

“Wajinga waliisha Kenya. There is simply no possibility that Raila beat Ruto in Uasin Gishu, Nyeri Tharaka Nithi and Meru.”

There has been a lot of discussion under this topic, others claiming that they should accept defeat, while others are suggesting that servers should be opened up to end the matter for good.
